The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provide the following information.

Reports

Dec. 5: Male, 32, of Robbins, reported someone fraudulently obtained money from him; An employee of Randolph Electric, Asheboro, reported the theft of wire from a substation on Doubs Chapel Road, Carthage; An employee of Johnson Concrete, Lexington, reported another passed a worthless check; Male, 81, reported someone removed a part from a bulldozer parked on Stewart Road, Robbins.

Dec. 9: Female, 23, reported someone broke into a home on Lakeview Lane, Cameron, and removed jewelry; Female, 48, reported someone entered a storage building at a home on Kelly Drive, Cameron.

Dec. 10: Female, 31, reported someone broke into a home on Standish Lane, West End, and removed two televisions, a GPS, a VCR/DVD player and assorted jewelery; An employee of Collier Motors, Joel Road, Carthage, reported the theft of six batteries from vehicles at the service station; The owner of Taquiero el Toro, Aberdeen, reported a broken window at the restaurant.

Dec. 12: Male, 55, reported he was robbed at gunpoint at a home on McDuffie Lane, West End. The subject reportedly took cash and checks.

Dec. 14: Male, 33, reported someone stole a two-seater golf cart from a home on Stanton Hill Road, Cameron; Male, 44, reported someone entered a home on Carthage Road, West End, and removed a television, a weed-eater and cash.
