Raeford Men Face Charges in Attempted Break-in

Moore County Sheriff's investigators have arrested two Raeford men and charged them in connection with an attempted break in that occurred in Southern Pines, said Sheriff Lane Carter.
Joshua Ellis Sutton, 21, of 147 Huckabee Street, was arrested on Dec. 17. He is charged with felony attempted breaking and entering and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $1000.00 secured bond. Also arrested was John Terrel Baker III 21, of 112 Huckabee Street.
Baker was also charged with felony attempted breaking and entering and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $1,000 secured bond. Baker also received an additional $1,000 secured bond for a unserved felony warrant form the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Both have their first appearances in Moore County District Court in Carthage scheduled for January 10, 2013.
The arrests stem from an investigation into a reported attempted break-in of a home in Highland Trails.
