The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.
Dec. 12, 2012
Marlon J. Bennett, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, credit any time served, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve 24 hours in jail immediately, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, comply with indefinite suspensions on license, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $200 fine, $100 DWI fee, $50 jail fee, $190 court costs, $20 installment plan fee and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.
Patrick Blacketer, misdemeanor criminal contempt of court, serve 10 days in jail, pay $50 fine, court costs and release from jail upon payment of monies owed.
