Two Face Drug Charges

A drug investigation by the Narcotics and Selective Enforcement units of the Moore County Sheriff's Office resulted in the arrest of two individuals on drug trafficking charges, Sheriff Lane Carter reported.
Roger Lee Brown, 28, of 105 Digger Drive, Vass, is charged with six counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, three
counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony conspiracy to traffic in Opiates.
Brown received a $60,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
Megan Nicole Bryan, 22, of 9384 N.C. 705, Eagle Springs, is charged with two counts of felony trafficking in Opiates, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony conspiracy to traffic in Opiates, and felony conspiracy to sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
Megan Nicole Bryan received a $15,000.00 unsecured bond and was released.
Both were arrested on Tuesday after officers located and seized approximately 112 doses of Opana prescription pills, 83 doses of Endocet prescription pills, 34 doses of Roxicodone prescription pills, and $320 in cash. Opana, Endocet, and Roxicodone are all Schedule II controlled substances.
