The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.
Nov. 19, 2012
Timmy L. Barnes Jr., felony possession of marijuana and felony manufacture marijuana, voluntary dismissal.
Howard E. Campbell Jr., felony larceny, 10 to 12 months in prison, credit one day, suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 48 hours community service within 120 days and $250 fee, comply with cognitive behavioral intervention classes, do not have contact with victim or go on property, pay $500 restitution jointly and severally with co-defendants, $180 court costs, $20 subpoena fee and $20 installment plan fee; felony breaking and/or entering, felony possess stolen goods/property and felony attempted larceny, voluntary dismissal.
Sarah C. Hearne, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in jail, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 48 hours community service within 90 days and $250 fee, comply with warrantless searches/tests, do not assault or have contact with co-defendant, do not go on property of Belk, pay $473 restitution jointly and severally with co-defendant, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $75 fine, $190 court costs, $10 subpoena fee, community service and probation may transfer to county of residence; felony possess stolen goods/property, voluntary dismissal.
James T. Jackson misdemeanor assault on a female consolidated with misdemeanor interfere with emergency communication, 90 days in jail, credit 84 days, pay $180 court costs, $20 installment plan fee and $840 jail fees; felony common-law robbery voluntary dismissal.
Robert S. Marley, felony breaking and/or entering, 10 to 21 months in prison to run concurrent with sentence now serving, credit 96 days served, pay $4,500 restitution entered as civil judgment if work release allowed, $180 court costs, $20 installment plan fee, $960 jail fees and $10 subpoena fee; felony larceny and felony possess stolen goods/property, voluntary dismissal.

Dustin J.
