The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

Nov. 21, 2012

Karen R. Barnes, misdemeanor defrauding innkeeper consolidated with misdemeanor simple assault, 45 days in jail, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, do not go on property of China Garden and have no contact with employees, pay $17 restitution, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $200 court costs, $10 jail fee, $10 subpoena fee and case appealed.

Demills M. Barrett, misdemeanor fail to pay money, continue on unsupervised probation, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and $210 court costs by 4/15/13.

Holly D. Bishop, fail to notify DMV of address change, 30 days in jail, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, clear all suspensions on license, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $100 fine, $210 court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation in county of residence.

Tanisha Brigman, speeding 70/55, $30 fine and $188 court costs.

Leanne D. Clark, fail to notify DMV of address change, $100 fine and $390 court costs.

Douglas L. Crum, driving while impaired, six months in prison, suspended, six months supervised probation, serve 30 days in jail through probation and remit $1,200 jail fee, comply with treatment order, surrender license, allowed to travel out-of-state/country, $100 fine, $310 court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Christian J. McKenzie, driving while impaired, 60 days in jail, suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 30 days and $250 fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, eligible for limited driving privileges in 45 days, $200 fine and $290 court costs.

Jake L. Mormon, speeding 67/55, $30 fine and $188 court costs.

James A. Powers, driving while impaired, 20 days in jail and credit for 25 days served.

Seth T. Ross, misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of juvenile, prayer for judgment continued, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and $180 court costs.

Jordan M. Thomas, fail to maintain lane control consolidated with exceeding safe speed, $50 fine and $188 court costs.
