Three Eagle Springs Residents Arrested on Drug Charges

Moore County Sheriff's officials have arrested three Eagle Springs residents in connection with a search warrant raid at a home off N.C. 211 in the west Moore community.
Sheriff Lane Carter said officers from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and Selective Enforcement Unit executed the search warrant Thursday at 1375 N.C. 211 in Eagle Springs. Officers found and seized approximately 21 grams of powder cocaine, 19 dosage units of powder cocaine, seven grams of marijuana, $1,152 cash, five bottles of liquor, a quart of non-tax paid (white liquor), and items of drug paraphernalia, including digital scales.
The estimated street value of the drugs and alcohol seized is $2,800.
Those arrested and their charges:
- Antonio Lee Tanner, 33, of 1375 Highway 211, charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverages for sale without permits, and misdemeanor possession of non-tax paid liquor. He received a $50,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
- Shirley Ann Tanner, 55 of 1375 Highway 211, charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverages for sale without permits, and misdemeanor possession of non-tax paid liquor. She received a $43,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
- Albert Tanner, 62, of 1375 Sandy Place Lane, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Albert Tanner received a $3,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.
