FNB United Corp. will host a prerecorded investor call at 11 a.m. Aug. 22.

CEO Brian Simpson, Chief Financial Officer Dave Nielsen and Chief Risk Officer Dave Lavoie will discuss the company's second quarter financial and operating results for the period ended June 30.

A prerecorded question-and-answer session will follow the formal remarks. Interested parties can submit questions for consideration at InvestorRelations@ myyesbank.com by Thursday, Aug. 16. Questions selected by FNB in advance of the call will be incorporated into the presentation or read and answered during the question-and-answer session by appropriate members of the FNB management team, including Simpson, Nielsen, Lavoie and Bob Reid, president.
