The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.

Reports

April 12: Female, 50, reported someone broke into her home on North May Street, Southern Pines, and removed a ladder, assorted tools, an oven, a mattress and box springs, a hand dolly, a lamp, mirrors, a mantle, a leather chair, an oven and a pizza oven; An employee of Canady’s Pest Control, Vass, reported someone spray-painted graffiti on business signs.

April 13: Female, 46, reported someone broke into a home on Big Poplar Lane, Carthage, and removed a heating and air unit, house guttering and copper wire; Male, 63, reported someone broke into a home on McGill Road, Vass, and removed a heating and air unit, a stove, a refrigerator, a heat pump and a well pump; Female, 67, reported the theft of copper and a propane tank from a home on Torchwood Road, Carthage.

April 14: Male, 59, reported sompne broke into Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, Kelly Plantation Road, Carthage, and removed two 12-inch speakers; Male, 56, reported the theft of chicken wire from a coop on Cooper Road, Cameron.

April 15: Female, 29, reported damage to window of her 2008 Chevrolet that was parked on North Prince Henry Way, Cameron; Female, 69, reported someone broke into an out building at a home on N.C. 705, and removed an air conditioning unit, an anvil and a pair of bolt cutters; Male, 65, reported someone broke into storage building near a home on Niagara-Carthage Road, Carthage, and removed a weedeater; Male, 68, reported someone broke into a storage building on Niagara Carthage Road , Carthage, and removed a generator, a backpack blower, a chain saw and a circular saw; Male, 66, reported someone broke into an out building on Nagara Carthage Road, Carthage, and removed a motorized bushwhacker.

April 16: Male, 67, reported the theft of gas from a gas can from a home on Dalrymple Drive, Cameron; Male, 43, reported the theft of an air conditioning unit from a home on Allen Court, Vass; Male, 39, reported someone broke into a home on Stanton Hill Road, Carthage, and removed a car CD player, assorted jewelry, gold and siver coins, a digital camera, several fitted baseball hats, two pairs of tennis shoes and checkbooks; Male, 71, reported the theft of a chain saw from a shed on Niagara Carthage Road, Carthage.

April 18: Male, 36, reported the theft of a set of keys and loose change after someone broke into a vehicle parked on Needham Grove Church Road, Robbins; An employee of STARS School, Southern Dunes Drive, Vass, reported the theft of cash from a school’s cash box; An employee of Randolph Electric reported the theft of copper wire from a location off Dobbs Chapel Road, West End.

April 19: Female, 39, reported the theft of a hot water heater, a door and a well pump from a home on Browns Chapel Road, Robbins; Male, 27, reported the theft of a car battery from a 1997 Honda.
