Liberty Tax Service will host representatives from the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday to promote their upcoming event.
They will be grilling free hot dogs and raising donations for the Relay for Life, and a portion of the day’s receipts will also be donated to Relay for Life. Local residents can come have a hot dog and have their taxes done to help support this organization.
Also this Saturday, the Aberdeen Fire Department will be on hand with its educational smoker trucks. The Aberdeen Police Department will be there to provide information, and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina will be on hand to accept food donations.
Camelia and Mark Adel, operators of the Aberdeen Liberty Tax office, invite everyone to come out and support all of these organizations. The office is on N.C. 5 in the Food Lion plaza and can be reached at (910) 235-5428.
