The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

Sept. 21, 2011

Carlos Hernandez Avila, fail to notify DMV of address change, $50 fine and court costs.

Leavy A. Baker Jr., misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 120 days in prison, credit 25 day served, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, comply with treatment order within 90 days, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $200 fine court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Jerry McLaughlin, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation and six months intensive, comply with treatment order and warrantless searches/tests, do not associate with drug users or to be found on premises where drugs are sold, do not assault, threaten or harass victim, $20 installment plan fee and court costs.

Charles E. Miles, careless and reckless driving, $250 fine and $190 court costs.

Mary T. Phelps, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 90 days and $250 fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, permit allowed, $600 lab fee and court costs
