Isn't he in violation of his parole? Is the note from his mother?

I apologize, but you're the one that called her that.

You hit below the belt, grow up. Leave his deceased mother out of it. These are both grown adult men who need help from family and friends and the community.

I hope his friends and family are watching and listening; there are red flags shooting skyward around this man, and I hope he is able to get whatever help he needs. 2 DUI's, a "possible" suicide threat via video which was posted online, now this - all within a matter of weeks...

I don't know Matt personally, but even I as a stranger am worrying for his well being.

From the WRAL website ~ "Morrisville, N.C. — Former professional wrestling star Matthew Moore Hardy was arrested and charged with driving while impaired at Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Monday, authorities said. Hardy, 36, of Cameron, was arrested after another driver saw him swerving across traffic, nearly hitting two cars. Police say Hardy failed a field sobriety test but passed a breath alcohol test. Authorities said his speech was slurred and, at first, he tried to get out of the vehicle before putting it into park."

Not too smart of a fellow. Since he passed the alcohol breath test and failed the sobriety test it was obvious he was on some sort of drug. It would seem he would know a search warrant was forthcoming. It is also obvious that he is on a fast track to self destruction. I hope he seeks help, and soon.

Don't know why this printed like it did.

They also released him! Kind of a reckless decision if you ask me. Just saying.

I agree. The way he was driving, he could have killed someone on the way back to Moore County.

I think some are confused. Jeff Hardy got arrested for drugs in the past and recently pled guilty to include a $100,000.00 fine. This is brother Matt, does not make much sense. What a situation. I wish these two guys would become involved in a positive way in the community. What a testimony they could have with youth in the local churches if they would turn their lives over to God and let Him use them for good.

Intent to Sell? What 1 dose of X.? 1900 dollars OMG He must be a drug dealer no way a millionaire would have all that money just laying around. I know the charge sounds like a lot and that's because its common practice for law enforcement to over charge on an arrest. When this finally get down to actual charges he will be facing possession and thats it. Anyone living in this county that knows Matt knows he's not a drug dealer. This will cost this county 10's of thousands of dollars to bring to trial and will only result in misdemeanor charge.

It was the steroids that got the possession with intent charge not the x.

Matt has a you tube video saying he is going into 3 mos. rehab. Lets count down the days. I wish the best for both boy, but they need to make the right decisions or else end up where the normal offender ends up. In jail with alot of time to think and rehab.
