The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.

Arrests

Aug. 24: Eric Quenel Jones, 21, of Clio, S.C., assault with a deadly weapon inflicting injury with intent to kill.

Reports

Aug. 22: Male, 44, reported someone broke into a home on Carolina Road, Aberdeen, and removed a 55-inch television, 42-inch television, laptop computer, jewelry and passports; Male, 56, reported someone broke into a home on Outback Lane, Robbins, and removed a rifle and a paintball gun.

Aug. 23: Male, 52, reported someone entered a trailer home on Browns Mill Road, Robbins, and removed titles to various property; A member of the U.S. Army reported the theft of a well pump from military property on Petty Road, Carthage.

Aug. 24: Male, 27, reported someone broke into a home on N.C. 705, Eagle Springs; Female, 42, of Pinebluff, reported someone had inappropriate contact with a child; Male, 53, reported someone took a 1982 Ford truck from a home on Lucas Road, Jackson Springs;

An employee of Mac’s Food Store No. 4, Aberdeen, reported a gas drive off; Male, 48, reported the theft of a dog from a home on Airport Road, Lakeview; Male, 64, reported someone broke into a home on Carolina Road, Aberdeen, and removed an air compressor.

Aug. 25: Male, 56, of Wilber Road, Robbins, reported someone attempted to use his information to obtain a credit card; Female, 71, reported the theft of copper piping from a home on Matthews Road, Lakeview; Male, 35, reported a structure fire on Smyrna Church Road, Robbins.
