Man Faces Drug Charges

A Pinebluff man faces multiple drug charges after investigators from the Moore County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit arrested him following the execution of a search warrant at his home.

Delmont Quentin McMillian, 46, of the 100 block of Jeans Loop Road, was arrested Oct. 19 and is charged with felony trafficking in cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the execution of the search warrant and the coinciding investigation, officers located and seized approximately 64 grams of powder cocaine, four grams of crack cocaine, 11 grams of marijuana, $1,033, and items of drug paraphernalia, including digital scales.

The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $6,720.

He received a $125,000 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County jail.

McMillian was also served with an order for arrest from a prior drug investigation, those charges included felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony sell cocaine, and felony deliver cocaine.

McMillian received a $75,000 secured bond on these charges.
