Four Arrested, Face Drug Charges

Four people are facing drug charges after officers from the Moore County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit and Selective Enforcement Unit on Oct. 19 executed a search warrant at a resident in the 100 block of Dan Road in the Westmoore community.

Phillip Brian Chisholm, 32, of Robbins, is facing charges of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony manufacture marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of MDPV.

Prentice Jamal Mcallister, 18, of Robbins, is charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony manufacture marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Princeton James Mcallister, 22, of Southern Pines, is charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony manufacture marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chisholm and both Mcallisters each received a $75,000.00 secured bond and was placed in the Moore County Detention Center.

Doretha Shonta Quick, 19, of Rockingham, is charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Quick received a written promise to appear in court and was released.

During the search officers located and seized approximately 258 grams of marijuana, one marijuana plant, K2 Spice, a 9mm handgun, $521 and items of drug paraphernalia.

The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $2,580.
