Coming off a 25-10, 25-11, 25-5 victory over Southern Lee in Cameron Tuesday, the Vikings (17-2) are currently alone in second place in the CFVC standings with a league mark of 8-2.

Union Pines travels to Western Harnett for a first-place battle tonight.

The Eagles enter the match alone atop the conference with a league mark of 9-1. Overhills is currently in third place, a game behind Union Pines in the win column with a conference mark of 7-2.

A Viking win would equate to a three-way tie for the CFVC top spot late in the league season.

In the Vikings' Tuesday victory over Southern Lee, senior co-captain Crystal Hicks had 10 kills, four blocks and four aces, while fellow senior co-captain Morgan Bridgers finished with a match-high 25 assists.
