The Southern Pines Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

Nov. 5: Ashley Nicole Sandrock, 22, of Wagram, shoplifting.

Nov. 6: Deven Morel, 28, of Southern Pines, drug possession.

Nov. 7: Brandon Lamar Ray, 19, felony larceny, possessing stolen goods, breaking and entering railroad cars or other motor vehicles.

Nov. 9: Lonnie Jermaine Hines, 23, of Aberdeen, drug possession; Derrick Delmont Malloy, 29, of Southern Pines, failure to appear.

Nov. 10: Dustin Owen Britt, 22, of West End, discharge of firearms in a prohibited area.

Nov. 13: Marvin Lorenza Little, 34, of Wadesboro, resisting a public officer.

Reports

Nov. 7: Female, 24, reported someone without permission attempted to enter a home in the 400 block of North Page Street.

Nov. 9: Female, reported someone discharged a firearm in the 1600 block of West New York Avenue.

Nov. 10: A town employee reported being bitten by a dog while at Martin Park, 350 Commerce Ave.

Nov. 11: Female, 25, reported the theft of medication and cash from her purse during an incident in the 200 block of Windstar Place.

Nov. 12: Male, 36, reported somepne entered a home in the 400 block of North Leak and removed a laptop computer, a television, an iPod and speakers.

Nov. 14: Female, 59, reported the theft of jewelry after a break-in at a home in the 100 block of National Drive; An employee of Sly Fox, 795 SW Broad St., reported the theft of a keys, a wallet, cash and various form of identification at the restaurant; An employee of Southern Pines Elementary School, 255 S. May Street, reported damage to a window pane and blinds at the school; Female, 48, reported a suspicious person who appeared to be looking in vehicle windows in the 100 block of Perry Drive; An employee of River Jack Outdoor, 181 NE Broad Street, reported someone concealed shoes in purse and left without paying for them.

Nov. 15: An employee of Brenner Real Estate, 30 Chinquapin Road, Pinehurst, reported the theft of two real estate signs at a home in the 200 block of Wiregrass Lane; Female, 19, reported the unauthorized withdrawal of money on the victim’s debit card; An employee of Sly Fox, 795 SW Broad Street, reported the theft of a wallet and various forms of identification from the restaurant; Two males, 22 and 21, reported they were assaulted in the 100 block of Brucewood Road.

Nov. 17: Female, 30, reported the theft of a flat-screen television, cash, jewelry and a lock box after a break-in at a home in the 300 block of Rothney Avenue; Female, 50, reported the theft of a pair of shoes and jewelry after a break-in at a home in the 800 block of South Mechanic Street; An employee of Bo’s Food Store, 750 SW Broad St., reported a suspect used a computer to receive money by fraudulent means.
