The O’Neal Falcons used defensive pressure to key a fourth-quarter surge in a 52-40 nonconference win Tuesday at Lee Christian in Sanford.

Trailing 29-25 entering the fourth, the Falcons outscored Lee Christian 27-11 in the fourth.

Jacob Talbert led the Falcons in scoring with 14 points, including eight in the decisive fourth quarter. John Rodger Moore scored 13, while Jack Johnston and Zeb Viskovich each added nine points for the Falcons

Lee Christian was paced by James Tweed with 10 points.

O’Neal, which is now 1-2 for the season, is off until Nov. 29 when it travels to take on Faith Christian.
