The Moore County Sheriff’s Office provided the following information.
Reports
Oct. 27: Male, 48, reported the theft of copper from a home on Stanton Hill Road, Cameron.
Oct. 28: Male, 59, of Vass, reported someone used a debit/credit card without permission.
Oct. 29: Female, 72, of Pinebluff, reported someone made a purchase using a credit/debit card without permission; Male, 77, reported someone broke into a home on Church Circle Road, Vass; Male, 42, reported two dogs missing from his home on Heather Lane, Southern Pines; Male, 56, reported someone broke into a home on N.C. 211, Eagle Springs; Female, 16, reported someone removed an iPod and cash from her purse while she was at Union Pines High School.
Oct. 30: Male, 23, reported the theft of money from a home on Hedgelawn Way, Southern Pines; Male, 54, reported someone broke into a home on Hoffman Road, Jackson Springs, and removed prescription medications.
Oct. 31: Female, 55, reported someone broke into a home on N.C. 73, West End, and removed a safe and cash; An employee of Tommy’s Grocery, N.C. 705, Robbins, reported someone obtained property by writing a check on a closed account.
Nov. 1: Male, 75, reported someone removed a crane from a location on Furr Road, Vass; Male, 59, reported that someone removed a mailbox from the entrance to Carolina Lakes, Carthage.
Nov. 2: Female, 34, reported someone threw a rock through a window at her home on Robin Hood Lane, Aberdeen; Male, 32, reported someone broke into a 1993 Chevy truck and removed cash and credit cards; Female, 46, reported someone broke into her home on Greenleaf Road, Robbins, and removed handguns, a bucket of ammunition, a scope, jewelry, a two-way radio and a chain saw;
Male, 52, reported someone tampered with a mailbox at a home on Pinebluff Cemetery Road, Pinebluff; An employee with Value Build, Fayetteville, reported someone removed a well pump from a construction site at L. Cooper Road, Cameron; Female, 47, reported someone threw a rock at a vehicle on U.S. 1 near U.S. 690.
Nov. 3: Male, 69, reported another used his identity to obtain property fraudulently; Male, 33, reported someone entered a home on Meadowfield Circle and removed a video game console; Female, 54, of Cameron, reported another filed income tax in the victim’s name; Female, 53, reported someone put an unknown fluid in a gas tank of 2004 Pontiac at her home on Addor Road, Pinebluff.
