The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

Nov. 2, 2011

Benjamin Z. Barber, misdemeanor first-degree trespass, 45 days in jail, credit five days, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service within three months and fee, comply with treatment order and warrantless searches/tests, do not go about or on property of victim, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $20 installment plan fee and $180 court costs.

William D. Barber, driving while license revoked, 45 days in jail to run at the expiration of any previous sentence, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service within three months and fee, comply with warrantless searches/tests, $100 fine, $190 court costs and $20 installment plan fee.

Jimmy C. Campbell, two counts misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 45 days in prison to run at the expiration of each, credit 18 days, $180 jail fees and $180 court costs.

Craig L. Carey, driving while impaired, three months in jail, do not operate a motor vehicle, comply with electronic house arrest and case appealed.

Rodney S. Collins, driving while impaired, 12 months in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, serve 14 days in jail through probation and remit jail fee, comply with treatment order, surrender license, $500 fine, court costs and $20 installment plan fee.

Oscar Daniel De Paz, a/k/a Oscar Daniel Mazeo, driving while impaired, 12 months in prison, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, serve seven days in jail and credit for time served, comply with treatment order, surrender license, $500 fine, $20 installment plan fee and $292.50 court costs by Nov. 30.

Clayton J. Dugan, driving while impaired, two months in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within three months and fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, $200 fine, $190 court costs and case appealed.

Richard C. Dunlap, two counts misdemeanor larceny, four months in prison to run at the expiration of each, credit 16 days total, comply with DART, $160 jail fees total, $40 total installment plan fee and $360 total in court costs.

Roderick L. Durham, misdemeanor larceny, two months in prison to run concurrent with sentence now serving, $180 court costs and $20 installment plan fee.

Oswaldo Damian Gonzalez, fail to notify DMV of address change, $50 fine and $190 court costs.

Mariah C. Gordon, improper equipment, $50 fine, $188 court costs and $50 improper equipment fee.

Myeshia Y. Jones, misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 10 days in jail, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $180 court costs, $20 installment plan fee and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Christopher J. Koshak, misdemeanor assault on a female, three months in prison, credit one day served, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, comply with treatment order, do not threaten, harass or assault victim, $100 fine, $180 court costs, $20 installment plan fee and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

John W. Lea Jr., misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, prayer for judgment continued and court costs.

Matthew B. Lepre, felony manufacture schedule VI controlled substances, felony possession marijuana and misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, voluntary dismissal.

Shaeem Little, misdemeanor possess malt beverage/unfortified wine by 19/20, five days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, do not possess or consume any alcohol, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and $75 fine by Dec. 23.

Christian Matthews, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in jail, credit one day, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, comply with warrantless searches/tests, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $180 court costs, $20 installment plan fee and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation in county of residence.

William L. Matthews, misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of juvenile, pay court costs and comply with Department of Social Services’s recommendations.

Misty R. McBride, driving while license revoked, four months in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, clear all indefinite suspensions on license while on probation and provide proof, $150 fine, $190 court costs and $20 installment plan fee.

Roosevelt McNeill, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia consolidated with misdemeanor second-degree trespass, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 45 days in jail, credit 55 days, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $550 jail fees, $20 installment plan fee and $180 court costs.

Pamela P. Owens, misdemeanor larceny, 120 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, do not go about Tar Heel Drug or General Dollar in Robbins, pay court costs; misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods and possess open container/consume alcohol in passenger area, 20 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence, suspended and 18 months supervised probation.
