Mourning Linus

I certainly was moved by Steve Bouser’s recent column, “Mourning Linus, the Neighborhood Cat.”

I grew up on Weymouth Road, right beside the Coles and two houses down from the house the Bousers now live in. The Weymouth/Orchard Road neighborhood hasn’t changed that much since the James and Katharine Boyd days. People still know each other, care about you and care about your animal.

Maureen Clark will definitely miss her beloved Linus. Her current home has many memories, plus lots of history. I know Charles Cole, Jo and Don Traylor and the Chad Benedicts will be welcoming Linus with open arms!
