Dylan Harris shot a season-low 70 and Pinecrest’s team score of 294 was its best of the season in Monday’s boy’s golf match at Bayonet at Puppy Creek.

Harris won or tied for medalist honors in a league match for the third time this season, making six birdies in the process. The Patriots won their fourth Southeastern Conference match in a row.

The other Patriot scores were a 73 by Nick Thompson that included an eagle on the first hole, a 75 by Sam Kosich and a 78 by Alex Meade. The other team scores were: Purnell Swett 322, Richmond Senior 325, Scotland 328, Hoke 354 and Lumberton 374.

Last Thursday at Pinehurst No. 6, the Patriots (301) defeated Green Hope (309) and Clayton (324). Harris and Kosich each posted a 72. Other scores included in the Patriot team total were a 77 by Thompson and an 80 by Josh Stockwell.
