The Pinehurst Police Department provided the following information.

Arrests

June 16: James Artist McAllister, 49, of Southern Pines, failure to appear (order for arrest).

Reports

June 13: An employee with FirstHealth reported someone removed cash from a safe; Male, 18, reported someone scratched his vehicle after an altercation in the parking lot in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.

June 14: Male, 56, reported someone entered his home on Canter Lane and removed a video game console and controllers and five video games.

June 15: A village employee reported a broken yield sign at the intersection of McCaskill Road West and McKenzie Road West.

June 16: Officers responded to a call that someone had climbed atop a building at Clark Chevrolet, 35 Dundee Road; an employee with Le Faux Chateau, 44 Chinquapin Road, reported someone took two bracelets from the store without paying for the items; Female, 38, reported she believed someone had entered her home on Board Branch Road, Pinehurst.
