The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

Jan. 13, 2011

Jamaan J. Bailey, misdemeanor possess marijuana, 15 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, not to be convicted of similar offense within 12 months, $27 fine and court costs.

Jason S. Blue, possess open container/consume alcohol in passenger area, $25 fine and court costs.

Adam R. Bowles, misdemeanor set fire to woods, land or field, 30 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, do not go on premises set fire to or be convicted of similar offense within 12 months, pay $100 restitution to town of Carthage, $50 fine and court costs.

Alicia S. Buckingham, misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances consolidated with misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in prison, credit two days, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, comply with recommended treatment and show completion to probation, warrantless searches/tests, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs.

Larry W. Covington, no operator’s license, 45 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with indefinite suspension on license, $200 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Vickie B. Cox, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, pay $600 SBI lab fee, $200 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation in county of residence.

Miguel Aquino Cruz, a/k/a Miguel Aquino Suipicio, driving while impaired, 53 days in jail and credit for time served.

Monica E. Dailey, driving while impaired, 12 months in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve seven days in jail through probation, comply with treatment order, surrender license and comply with indefinite suspension on license, $1,000 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer probation to Cumberland County.

Enrique E. Edwards, no operator’s license, $100 fine and court costs.

Jovan X. Gore, driving while license revoked, 45 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, comply with indefinite suspension on license, $200 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Roy D. Grainger, fail to notify DMV of address change, $25 fine and court costs.

Meghaan L. Hoffman, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, eligible for limited driving privileges after 45 days, $200 fine and court costs.

Lorine M. Jones, two counts driving while license revoked, 120 days in prison to run at the expiration of each, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve 48 hours in jail through probation and remit jail fee, 48 hours community service within 90 days and fee, six months day reporting center, comply with indefinite suspension on license, $500 fine and court costs.

Kevin W. Leviner, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with prior treatment order, $200 fine and court costs.

Billy J. Maness, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve 24 hours in set through probation and remit jail fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, $200 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Justin T. Manuel, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with prior treatment order, $200 fine and court costs; driving while license revoked, prayer for judgment continued, not to be convicted of similar offense within 12 months.

Daniel E. Parks III, two counts misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with treatment order and warrantless searches/tests, have not contact with persons/places identified by probation, pay $1,180 restitution jointly and severally with co-defendants, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $200 fine and court costs; one count misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence and comply with same terms; four counts felony break or enter a motor vehicle, voluntary dismissal; two counts misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property, voluntary dismissal; felony possess stolen goods/property, voluntary dismissal; misdemeanor injury to real property, voluntary dismissal; misdemeanor attempted larceny, voluntary dismissal.

Lurika S. Richardson, misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances, 120 days in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation with first six months intensive, comply with treatment order, indefinite suspension on license, $200 fine and court costs; felony possess with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule IV controlled substances, voluntary dismissal.

Anthony Rogers, misdemeanor second-degree trespass, 15 days in jail, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, do not go on premises of Brookside Apartments, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs.
