The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.
Jan. 13, 2011
Jamaan J. Bailey, misdemeanor possess marijuana, 15 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, not to be convicted of similar offense within 12 months, $27 fine and court costs.
Jason S. Blue, possess open container/consume alcohol in passenger area, $25 fine and court costs.
Adam R. Bowles, misdemeanor set fire to woods, land or field, 30 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, do not go on premises set fire to or be convicted of similar offense within 12 months, pay $100 restitution to town of Carthage, $50 fine and court costs.
Alicia S. Buckingham, misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances consolidated with misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in prison, credit two days, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, comply with recommended treatment and show completion to probation, warrantless searches/tests, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs.

Miguel Aquino Cruz, a/k/a Miguel Aquino Suipicio, driving while impaired, 53 days in jail and credit for time served.
Monica E. Dailey, driving while impaired, 12 months in prison, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve seven days in jail through probation, comply with treatment order, surrender license and comply with indefinite suspension on license, $1,000 fine, court costs and upon compliance transfer probation to Cumberland County.
Enrique E. Edwards, no operator’s license, $100 fine and court costs.
