Raeford Man Charged in Radiator Thefts

A second person has been arrested in connection with the December theft of radiators from a business located in Aberdeen.
William Howard Warfield, 22, of 317 Lost Lake Drive, Raeford, was arrested Jan. 13 by Moore County Sheriff’s Office investigators and charged with one count of felony breaking and entering, one count of larceny, one count of felony possession of stolen goods and one count of felony possession of burglary tools, according to a press release.
The arrest stemmed from a December 2010 report from a radiator repair shop located on Carolina Road in Aberdeen that radiators had been stolen from the shop, according to the release. The stolen radiators were located and returned to the owner of the shop.
Sheriff’s investigators had arrested Favon Ray Oxendine, 20, of 422 Gordon Road, Raeford, on Dec. 15, 2010, and charged him with one count of felony breaking and entering to Johnson's Radiator Repair, one count of larceny, one count of felony possession of stolen goods and one count of felony possession of burglary tools, according to the release.
