The Guild of St. Joseph of the Pines will hold its annual luncheon and card party fundraiser Friday, Jan. 21, at Belle Meade.

Doors wil open at 11 a.m. with a wine bar available. Luncheon is served at noon. Following lunch, card players will retreat for an afternoon of duplicate bridge (master points awarded), party bridge, mah-jongg and canasta.

“Non-card players are encouraged to attend for luncheon and a social afternoon,” says Petie Graeter, president of the guild. “Men are encouraged to attend as well.”

The cost is $23.

“The Guild’s mission is to improve the quality of life for the patients of St. Joseph’s,” says a spokesman. “This can be accomplished only through fundraisers, des and donations from loving, caring people.”

The Guild welcomes new members, contributions and volunteers.
