found Sunday morning (photo attached). Met him at N Ashe St. @ E Maine

Ave. Seems quite friendly. Right now he is in the backyard of a

townhouse at 256 E. Delaware Av. He has access to the garage for shelter

and a beach blanket to lie on. He has food, water & a ball, but he's

lonely. Animal Control is going to pick him up tomorrow, unless the

owner is located before then. He has a collar but no tag
