Moore County Sheriff's Office officers raided two homes near West End Monday, resulting in the arrest of three people and the seizure of six and a half ounces of marijuana.

Members of the Sheriff's Office narcotics unit and selective enforcement unit conducted the searches at 104 Blackwood Court and Tram Road, according to a press release. Seized during the searches in addition to the marijuana were two oramorph pills, $1,584 and items of drug paraphernalia, including digital scales.

Arrested were Scott Benjamin Andrews, 23, and Anne Duranty Andrews, 59, both of 104 Blackwood Court, and Bruce Edward Stiles, 53, of 1374 Juniper Lake Road, West End, according to the release.

Scott Andrews has been charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, two counts of felony conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the release. He was jailed, with bail set at $15,000.

Stiles was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a place to keep controlled substance, two counts of felony conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana, misdemeanor possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (oramorph) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the press release. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.

Anne Andrews was charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, two counts of felony conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the release. She was released under a $15,000 unsecured bond.
