For the sixth year in a row, Weichert, >Realtors-Larose & Co. participated in the Festival of Trees fundraiser for Sandhills Children's Center.

This year, the Weichert agency joined forces with Bill Pattan and Pattan Construction. Together, they provided picnic tables designed and constructed by Patton Construction, with decorations and gifts from local company sponsors and agents within the Weichert office.

One of the partnership entries, titled "Picnic with Saint Nick," was one of the largest vignettes sold at the annual Festival of Trees, netting $1,150 for the charity. The event was held at the Carolina Hotel at Pinehurst Resort.

Brokers/owners Marcus and Cathy Larose gave special thanks to Bill Pattan, who built two picnic table displays, and contributors - Greg Medlin, of Medlin Construction Services, Hubbard Kitchen and Bath Showroom, Lowe's Home Improvement and Sears.

They also extended "many thanks to participating Weichert agents Christine Menear, Bob Barmore, Sherree-Lee Sferra, Mary Margaret McGuire and Amanda Bullock.
