Problems with Online Submissions Resolved
The problems The Pilot was recently having with receiving online submissions through thepilot.com have been resolved.
As of 8 a.m. this morning (12/15) online forms were being received. In order to make sure that we get all the information that was submitted while the system was down, we respectfully ask that anyone who submitted anything online from 8 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8 through 8 a.m. today (12/15) please resend the information if necessary.
The affected online forms include: letters to the editor, lost and found pets, photo and news tips. This also includes newspaper subscriptions as well as vacation stops and starts.
The Pilot thanks you for your patience as we resolved this matter.
