The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

July 13, 2011

Gart D. Arnott, speeding 44/35, $100 fine and court costs.

Victor V. Barrett, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, serve 60 days in prison and credit for any timer served.

Juan Bautista, fail to wear seatbelt-driver consolidated with possess open container/consume alcohol in passenger area, $25.50 fine and court costs.

Daquane Brown, misdemeanor resisting public officer, 45 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, and serve seven days in jail active from today and remit jail fee.

Latecqucia M. Brown, misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 10 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, do not go on premises of Walmart in Moore County, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs within 12 months.

Gary W. Carter, misdemeanor second-degree trespass, 30 days in jail and credit for any time served; misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 30 days in jail.

Kenneth L. Cummings, speeding 62/35, $75 fine and court costs.

Joaquin Diaz, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 20 days in jail and credit 21 days served.

Eric L. Edwards, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, serve 45 days in prison.

Cody Forbes, two counts misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia consolidated with misdemeanor obtain controlled substances, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances, 45 days in prison to run at the expiration of any sentence now serving and credit for any time served.

Reggie K. Ingram, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in jail and credit 24 days served; misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in jail and credit 24 days.

Anthony M. Johnson, two counts misdemeanor probation violations-out of county, continue on probation and extend 12 months, serve 10 days in jail to run at the expiration of each through probation and remit jail fee, upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Joel G. Johnson, driving while license revoked, serve 90 days in prison; speeding 72/55, serve five days in prison.

Aaron T. Krajewski, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia consolidated with misdemeanor possess marijuana, 45 days in jail, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, do not use, possess or consume controlled substances without medical provider’s permission, attend school until medical excuse, $200 fine and court costs.

Joyce L. Ledbetter, three counts felony attempted to obtain property by false pretense, voluntary dismissal.

Heather L. Locklear, driving while license revoked, 120 days in prison, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, do not operate a motor vehicle until properly licensed, $100 fine and court costs.

Michael A. Lowery, misdemeanor larceny, 60 days in prison and credit for seven days served.

Kyle D. McGrayne, misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances, $100 fine and court costs.

Lloyd V. McKeithen, misdemeanor consume malt beverage/unfortified wine off premises of permit, serve 41 days in prison and credit any time served; misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 45 days in prison and credit any time served.

Patrick G. McMillan, misdemeanor domestic violence protective order violation, serve 75 days in jail and credit 91 days served.

Jamael D. Mitchell, misdemeanor probation violation, continue on probation, modified to extend 18 months, pay $100 per month for monies owed and when at least 50 percent of money is paid, probation has the discretion to transfer to unsupervised probation.

Artress R. Murchison, misdemeanor probation violation, continue on six months supervised probation and remit probation fee, pay attorney fees and $60 appointed counsel fee.

Hubert Ray, driving while license revoked, 45 days in jail and credit for 11 days served.

Roger L. Sealey, driving while license revoked, serve 45 days in prison and credit one day; fictitious information to officer, serve 30 days in prison to run at the expiration of previous sentence.

Terry H. Smith, driving while license revoked, serve 45 days in prison; fail to wear seatbelt-driver, voluntary dismissal.

Devon Stanback, driving while license revoked, 120 days in prison, credit eight days served, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, serve 10 days in jail through probation and remit jail fee, do not operate a motor vehicle until properly licensed, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $200 fine, court costs and transfer probation to county of residence.

Robbie F. Strawbridge, two counts misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in prison to run at the expiration of each, credit nine days served, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay $1,370.60 restitution and cash bond may be applied to restitution, attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee, $250 fine, court costs and upon compliance probation may transfer to unsupervised probation in Wake County; 10 counts felony obtain property by false pretense and eight counts felony embezzlement, voluntary dismissal.

Donald R. Webb, two counts misdemeanor probation violation, probation terminated.

Reshaud Wright, improper equipment, pay court costs and $20 installment payment fee by Aug. 31.

Wiley J. Farmer, felony deliver cocaine, two counts felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, voluntary dismissal.

Richard J. Gregor, driving while impaired, 60 days in prison, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service within 60 days and remit $250 fee, comply with prior treatment order, surrender license, $200 fine, court costs and community service can be transferred to state of residence.

Tonie Johnson, driving while license revoked, serve 120 days in prison.

Lamar O. Sealy, driving while license revoked, 120 days in prison and case appealed.

April Thomas, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 120 days in prison to run concurrent with sentence now serving and credit 49 days served.

Edward Valle, two counts misdemeanor failure to pay monies, indirect contempt of court, 30 days in jail, suspended and 12 months unsupervised probation; driving while license revoked, 45 days in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, do not operate a motor vehicle until properly licensed, pay $200 fine, court costs and upon six months of compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.

Robert L. Vandewalker, a/k/a Robert J. Vandewalker, two counts misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 45 days in jail to run concurrent and credit for any time served.

Fabian I. Wilson, misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia consolidated with misdemeanor possess marijuana, serve 45 days in prison and case appealed; misdemeanor resisting public officer consolidated with misdemeanor second-degree trespass, 45 days in prison, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation and do not go on premises of Brookside Apartments in Southern Pines.
