The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.
July 13, 2011
Gart D. Arnott, speeding 44/35, $100 fine and court costs.
Victor V. Barrett, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, serve 60 days in prison and credit for any timer served.
Juan Bautista, fail to wear seatbelt-driver consolidated with possess open container/consume alcohol in passenger area, $25.50 fine and court costs.
Daquane Brown, misdemeanor resisting public officer, 45 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, and serve seven days in jail active from today and remit jail fee.
Latecqucia M. Brown, misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 10 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, do not go on premises of Walmart in Moore County, pay attorney fees, $60 appointed counsel fee and court costs within 12 months.
Gary W. Carter, misdemeanor second-degree trespass, 30 days in jail and credit for any time served; misdemeanor shoplifting by concealment of goods, 30 days in jail.
Kenneth L. Cummings, speeding 62/35, $75 fine and court costs.
Joaquin Diaz, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, 20 days in jail and credit 21 days served.
Eric L. Edwards, misdemeanor probation violation, sentence activated, serve 45 days in prison.
Cody Forbes, two counts misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia consolidated with misdemeanor obtain controlled substances, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor simple possess schedule IV controlled substances, 45 days in prison to run at the expiration of any sentence now serving and credit for any time served.
Reggie K. Ingram, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in jail and credit 24 days served; misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, 45 days in jail and credit 24 days.
Anthony M. Johnson, two counts misdemeanor probation violations-out of county, continue on probation and extend 12 months, serve 10 days in jail to run at the expiration of each through probation and remit jail fee, upon compliance transfer to unsupervised probation.
Joel G. Johnson, driving while license revoked, serve 90 days in prison; speeding 72/55, serve five days in prison.
Aaron T. Robbie F.
