Don't Rush Out Miller!

Radio station WEEB has announced that beginning May 2, Rush Limbaugh will be taking Dennis Miller’s time slot on its station.

Miller will move to a nighttime slot. I used to listen to Rush and hoped he would never go off the air. But times have changed, and the “one-trick pony” that is Limbaugh eventually wore thin. His constant attacks without workable solutions and rule against having guests who could hold a decent argument with him also got old.

Miller, on the other hand, is a pragmatic conservative voice who discusses — never debates — with guests from all over the social, literary, economic, entertainment and political realm.

He is a wonderful storyteller, funny and self-deprecating, who has a reasonable, common-sense voice for conservative views. I listen to his entire show from 1 to 3 p.m. as I drive on my job and wish that WEEB would increase the hours he is on the air, rather than move him to nighttime.

Please contact WEEB if you feel like I do, and see if some accommodation is possible to keep Miller on the air during drive time.

The Fayetteville signal is so weak! This will be better than Dennis Miller.

WEEB is getting big time now... congrats! More advertising revenues should be forthcoming.

Miller was great in the 90's. Then he hit his head and crawled up Bill O'Reilly's you know what. Hopefully he'll return to greatness one day!
