I guess Bo's doesn't have the same clout as KFC. They weren't even arrested on the property like the perps at KFC.

Here we are yet again. More tax dollars, less jail space over a substance that brings serenity and laughter to a user. With a growing meth-amphetamine problem, cocaine problem, opium ( prescription pills included ) problem we are wasting our time "busting" weed dealers. The only violence that occurs with marijuana is the illegal aspect ( Transferring of money and substance ). The ready money and/or product ups the chances of a robbery or murder. There are dealers only because it is not legal to grow in your own home. Therefore, a few out of the population use the opportunity to make profit off others' insecurity. Can we please stop using time and money to arrest part-time botanists and start focusing on real dangers like rape, murder, hard drugs, and child molesters. I'm willing to bet the sex-offender list may be longer than the drug dealer list. Children can't "just say no" to a stranger cornering them. So let's eliminate the bigger problems before wasting everyone's time.

IF HARDY gets off and special treatment all these young people should be set free and given special treatment just like he has. The shame is they will rot in jail because they can't even afford a shirt and tie to wear to jail and their lives are ruined. SHHAMME
