Aberdeen Police Reports Through Sept. 9

The following information was provided by the Aberdeen Police Department.

Arrests

Sept. 3: Lillian Cook Oxendine, 41, of Hamlet, failure to appear; Sept. 4: Marlon Shunta Harris, 27, of Raeford, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 8: Erica Ann McFee, 28, of West End, possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery-using/uttering and possession/concealing stolen property; Marlon Shunta Harris, 27, of Raeford, carrying a concealed handgun; Donald Robert Byers III, 21, of Aberdeen, drug possession with intent to sell, manufacture and/or deliver, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; Lisa Aron Nunnery, 31, of Raeford, fraud, obtaining money/property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny; Tony Justin Akridge, Sanford, misdemeanor larceny.

Reports

Sept. 2: Male, 88, reported a known person forged the victim’s checks.

Sept. 5: Male, 29, reported an unknown person stole two bicycles from a home in the 100 block of Peach Street.

Sept. 6: An employee with Walgreen’s, 1706 N. Sandhills Blvd., reported someone photographed an infant with a marijuana plant and brought it in to be developed.

Sept. 7: An employee with Walmart, 250 Turner St., reported a person stole jewelry.

Sept. 8: An employee with the ABC store, 11109 U.S. 15-501, reported two females stole three pint-bottles of alcohol; Female, 20, reported someone stole a vehicle registration tag from her 2004 Chrysler that was parked in the 400 block of Saunders Boulevard.

Sept. 9: An employee with a convenience store at 198070 N.C. 211 reported a person stole a 40-ounce bottle of beer from the store.
