The Sandbox Players will hold open auditions for "Sylvia" by A.R. Gurney.

No preparation is necessary. Auditions will consist of readings from the script.

Auditions will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, and Wednesday, Oct. 13, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 340 S. Ridge St., Southern Pines. Use the Parish Hall entrance on Ridge Street

"Sylvia" will be performed Nov. 18-21 at the Sunrise Theater, in Southern Pines.
