Fourth Suspect Nabbed in Convenience Store Robbery

Authorities have arrested a fourth suspect in connection with Monday's armed robbery of a conveninece story near Vass.

Paris Yusef Mack, 17, of Southern Pines, was arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and first degree kidnapping. Mack was incarcerated in the Moore County Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for July 15, according to a release from the Moore County Sheriff's Office.

Three people, including one suspect, were injured during an armed robbery that happened at approximately 10:30 p.m. Monday at the Short Stop convenience store on U.S. 1 outside of Vass.

why was i not suprised to find out that this one was just charged with armed robbery, among other felonies, LAST YEAR!!! yet he is/was out on the streets... way to go court system ;)

Two of them are related (a whole family of low lifes), the one got what he deserved, so we'll not have to worry about this wanna-be "gangsta" robbing anyone again. Hopefully the others will go away for a long while. Let's just hope our criminal justice system isn't looking to save a few dollars and pleads them down to lesser charges.

haileysdad08: There might be a Lawyer with no morals who will try to make a Dollar of Mr. Kelly. I seen this happen before and it is part of a nasty but legal Game! "A armed Robber got bit by a Police Dog at his arrest - his Lawyer sued the town and won $650.000 so while serving his 18 years he get every month a nice check!" For the future of the maybe blind guy ... his next Victim will be his own service dog .. where he steal a Milk bone from! If he stays blind there will be properly no Jail time for him at all.
