The following criminal judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court.

June 7, 2010

Sheltonya T. Shaina M. Green, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days in prison, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 36 hours community service within 60 days and fee, comply with searches/tests and six months day reporting center, do not go on premises of Walmart while on probation, pay attorney fees, $50 appointed fee, $500 fine and court costs.

Michael T. Hanks, felony possession of cocaine, voluntary dismissal; misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, voluntary dismissal.

Rodney S. Hockaday, felony manufacture marijuana, six to eight months in prison, credit 16 days, suspended, 12 months supervised probation and report within 48 hours, 24 hours community service within 60 days, comply with searches/tests, six months day reporting center, pay attorney fees, $50 appointed fee, $250 fine and court costs; misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia, voluntary dismissal.

Rodney A. Simmons, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, voluntary dismissal.

James E.
