Pinehurst police are working with security personnel at Country Club of North Carolina after four cars were broken into recently.
Pinehurst Police Captain Floyd Thomas said all the vehicles were left open and were in close proximity to one another, leading him to think the break-ins are related.
“It was probably somebody walking through, pulling car door handles and finding them unlocked,” Thomas said.
Items reportedly stolen include a calculator, two radar detectors, a cell phone and a GPS device.

Colesue21 - I'm not sure I understood all of your post but thanks for the early morning laugh. Now if you'll excuse me I need to clean the coffee from my keyboard.
(Note to self; never laugh while drinking coffee)
