Randolph Hospital to Host Seminar on Arthritis
Randolph Hospital, in Asheboro, offers "A Hand Up on Arthritis" education program, Thursday, Aug. 12, at 6:30 p.m. during which rehabilitation services therapists will lead activities and answer questions about arthritis. In addition, participants will learn about available resources the local YMCA offers to help those dealing with arthritis.

Through this seminar, individuals will develop a better understanding of what their diagnosis of arthritis really means."
Even those who are not diagnosed with arthritis can benefit too. Preventative measures will be discussed that can help avoid developing arthritis through proper care of your joints.
