The Women of Weymouth and Mark Elliott will once again be combining their talents in staging a gala event at Weymouth Center on Aug. 13.

Elliott's catered Cool Jazz and Fine Arts dinners both in 2007 and 2008 and "A Night in Tuscany" in 2009.

"These previous functions were so well received that Elliott's will be in the kitchen again joining with The Women of Weymouth on this year's occasion," says Carol Van Zanten, chair.

The 2010 event will be an indoor catered "Picnic in Provence."

This summer fundraiser for Weymouth Center is sponsored and catered by Elliott's on Linden. The evening will be from 6 to 9 p.m., and there will also be an opportunity to select a wine basket at the live auction.

The cost per person is $45, which includes wine.

"The Women of Weymouth are dedicated to the support of Weymouth Center, and Mark Elliott has been a supporting force to many community organizations over the years," says Van Zanten.
