Three Arrested on Charges Related to Break-In

Three men have been arrested and now face charges related to a breaking and entering of a garage located on Vass-Carthage Road.

en Black, 31, of 211 Doe Lane, Vass, Christopher Steven Davis, 45, of 285 Heritage Farm Road, Carthage, and Jacob Scott Robertson, 21, of 632 McIntosh Road, Carthage, were arrested by Moore County Sheriff’s Office investigators in connection with the break-in and larceny that took place on Dec. 12, 2009, according to a press release.
Black was arrested Jan. 15, and charged with breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods, according to the release. He was jailed, with bail set at $30,000.
Davis was arrested Jan. 25, and charged with possession of stolen goods, according to the release. He was released under a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Robertson was arrested Friday, and charged with breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods, according to the release. He was released under a written promise to appear in court.

All face the same charges but they get way different bond amounts. hmmm... kinda makes you wonder...

Yea sounds like something is wrong with this picture. Same charges way big difference in bond amounts????? Makes me wonder.......
