Well Colesue certainly has the Christmas spirit doesn't she?....I've said this in the past but some people don't care to hear it....these drug busts don't happen just on a whim where some officer decides to just hit a certain house....these guys have more than likely SOLD drugs to undercover officers or informants. In fact, I'm not sure but I think all 3 of these guys have a history of being arrested for some type of drug related incident....and i'm with middle of the road, if it keeps it out of the hands of our children then thank God...

@chuck -

you must not know some of the people that i've had to deal with; a gram of good green i've seen going for $50 easy - and not to mention some of the "paraphenalia" collections i've seen some people have! this bust could EASILY go $1k...

"felony destroy criminal evidence"...meaning they probably were in the process flushing more drugs down the toilet.

If you want to keep drugs out of the hands of a child, then legalize the drugs and regulate them. It is easier for a kid to get drugs than alcohol. This is because alcohol is legalized and regulated. The ABC DOES card and won't sell to minors. Some drug dealers will sell to minors. So take the drugs out of the drug dealers hands and put it into the hands of responsible adults. Legalize and regulate drugs and watch the violence end at our border and in our streets. Prohibition doesn't work. Didn't work with alcohol and isn't working with street drugs. www.leap.cc>

Stephen, I agree one hundred percent!!! If America legalized drugs tomorrow, Mexico and Afghanistan would be out of business. The war could end in both places and, as you stated so well, we could get some regulation into this business. I hate to say this, but look to California. Everyone there wants pot legal, but the growers made sure it was voted to stay illegal. The same principle holds true for the rest of America. If we legalized drugs tomorrow, there would be a war on the Mexican border for a few days....the drug lords using the last of their dollars to fight America for making them legal......they would lose their empire. Keeping them ILLEGAL is the only way drug dealers make their money!!
