Aug. 16: A female with the Seven Lakes Landowners Association report subjects threw pool furniture and trash cans into the pool on Fire Tree Road; a female, 57, reported a subject damaged a light and sign at her home on Overlook Drive; male, 59, reported a subject damaged an outdoor light at his home on Overlook Drive; male, 56, reported someone broke into his home on Anthony Lane and took tools; male, 44, reported a subject stole a vehicle registration plate from a vehicle parked at the service station at Old River Road, Carthage; female, 27, reported a subject entered her home on Dover Street and took a laptop computer, a 42-inch television and a 32-inch television; female 27, requested deputies remove guns from her home on Indiana Ave in Southern Pines; male, 49, reported an unknown person tampered with his mail; male, 77, reported an unknown subject stole lawn care equipment from an outbuilding near his home on Stage Road in Carthage; male, 50, reported someone dumped trash on his property on Northwood Drive near Valley View; female, 27, reported someone removed $42 in birthday money from the wallet of her 7-year-old son when he dropped it at a McDonald’s in West End; female, 57, reported someone damaged a statue in a yard at a home on Firetree Lane, West End.

Aug. 17: Female, 45, reported she was punched in the face by a known subject in her home on McKeithen Road in Vass; female, 27, reported she was assaulted by a known subject in her home in Vass. The subject also reportedly tole her cell phone; female, 72, reported someone called her and attempted to defraud her by phone; male, 43, reported someone removed a sign from behind the building at Roman Eagle Lodge 550 in Aberdeen; male, 42, of Gorenflo, Bierbaum & Campbell reported a subject used a computer to gain access to the company’s financial holdings; male, 39, reported a larceny of property from his home on NC 73 in West End. Items taken include a air compressor, four tires, and lawn care equipment.

Aug. 18: Female, 39, requested deputies seize weapons from her home on Medlin Lane in Cameron. Weapons seized included eight long guns and one hand gun and ammunition; male, 44, reported someone took five storm grades and a manhole cover from a construction site on Lake Side Court in Southern Pines; female, 23, reported someone cut wire on a pole near her home on Byrd Road in Cameron; male, 19, reported he accidentally stabbed himself after tripping over a dumbbell while playing with the knife at his home on NC 24-27 in Robbins; female, 27, reported receiving obscene phone calls to her home in Whispering Pines; male, 36, reported someone attempted to enter her home on Browns Chapel Road in Robbins. The suspect damaged a door knob at the home.
