Arrests

Aug. 2: James Odell Upchurch, 36, of Hoffman, misdemeanor drug violations, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 11: Annette Marie Nederhoff, 42, of Pinebluff, driving while impaired, failure to burn headlamps; Arturo Ronaldo Mendez Jr., 19, of Aberdeen, assault on a female; Victor Omar Lopez, 25, of Carthage, failure to appear.

Reports

Aug. 5: Female, 42, reported finding unknown tablets in a subject’s purse.

Aug. 6: Male, 37, reported a unknown subject used his debit card at an ATM machine; female, 36, reported a known subject sent her harassing texts and made threats toward her; female, 43, reported a unknown subject damaged her mailbox at her home in the 800 block of Colonial Ave.

Aug. 7: Male, 17, reported a known subject threatened him and made harassing phone calls; male, 39, reported an unknown subject entered his 2005 Honda while the vehicle was parked in the 100 block of Walkabout Drive; male, 52, reported an unknown subject entered his home in the 1000 block of Glendale Drive and took a laptop computer and a camera.

Aug. 9: Female, 30, reported she was pushed and grabbed by a known subject during an incident at a home in the 100 block of Central Drive.

Aug. 10: Female, 57, reported an unknown subject entered her home in the 700 block of Garden Road and stole items, including a purse, digital camera, identification and credit cards and keys; female, 48, reported an unknown subject entered the back porch of her home in the 700 block of Midmar Street.

Aug. 11: Female, 44, reported an unknown subject took a pack of T-shirts without paying for them from Dollar General, 1369 N. Sandhills Blvd.; female, 33, reported an unknown subject took gas out the tank of a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Garden Road.
