Arrests
July 30: Jillian Leigh Niebler, 31, of Seven Lakes, driving while impaired, failure to stop at a stop sign.
July 31: Kim Kristene Gaffney, 46, of Foxfire Village, driving while impaired.
Aug. 5: Brian Alexander Black, 35, of West End, hit and run, carrying a concealed weapon.
Aug. 6: Ernest Lee Primus, 59, of Hamlet, driving while impaired.
Aug. 8: Anthony Darrin Green, 28, of Vass, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked; Ethan Michael Klingenschmidt, 19, of Southern Pines, driving while impaired, provisional licensee underage drinking, underage possession of malt beverage, and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
Reports
July 30: Male, 54, reported a subject entered his 1998 Ford truck and removed a CD player face plate while the vehicle was parked in the 100 block of Memorial Drive; male, 30, reported an unknown subject threw eggs at a mailbox and driveway of a home in the 100 block of Beryl Circle.
July 31: Male, 62, reported a subject removed a television set from the victim’s residence in the 800 block of Donald Ross Drive.
Aug. 1: Female, 56, reported a subject obtained her credit card and attempted to make an online purchase; female, 59, reported she was knocked down by dog.
Aug. 2: Female, 57, of Greensburg, Pa., reported a suspect contacted her by phone and harassed her while she was at a local hotel; female, 51, reported a subject left harassing messages on an answering machine at Navcom, 300 American Legion Lane.
Aug. 3: Male 68, reported a subject damaged the right rear quarter panel of his 2007 Volvo.
Aug. 4: Male, 42, reported a suspected cut copper wiring and a copper gas line under a home on Scioto Lane; a Village of Pinehurst employee reported a subject stole a street sign and damaged another.
Aug. 5: Male, 68, reported a subject sent him a package that he didn’t order. The package, an audio speaker amplifier, was sent to a home on Park Court; male 85, reported a suspect took a gold medallion coin from his home in the 100 block of Ridgewood Road.
Aug. 7: Male, 68, reported a subject threw eggs at his 2010 Cadillac while it was parked in the 300 block of Diamondhead Drive; male, 37, reported a subject drove a vehicle on the golf course and damaged the 16th hole green and the tee box on hole No. 15 of Course No. 1. Damage estimates are $8,000.
