A large crowd in Robbins today took advantage of a beautiful day to line Middleton Road for the 55th Annual Farmers Day Parade.
The event, which kicked off Thursday evening in the northern Moore town, continues through this evening, with the parade of tractors at 4 p.m., the lawn mower pull at 6 p.m. and various musical offerings on tap.
Three stages offer the musical entertainment tonight. The Fidelity Bank stage offers up The Sand Band and Terri Gore from 8 p.m. until midnight. The Post Office stage is highlighted by a performance by Robbins’ own Johnny & The Cadillacs. The Railroad stage has Mountain Creek Harmony, Sons of Thunder and Michael Combs, starting at 6:30 p.m.
