North Moore's softball team picked up a pair of victories Saturday at a tournament in Alamance County.

The Lady Mustangs defeated nonconference rival Southern Alamance 7-3 first, then turned around and won 6-5 over Eastern Alamance later that afternoon.

North Moore remains undefeated at 13-0 with the wins. Ranked third in the latest 1A coaches poll, the Mustangs are 9-0 in Yadkin Valley Conference play.

They play again hosting the Mustang Classic this Saturday.
