The North Carolina Garden Club's 84th annual meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Little River Golf Resort, Carthage.

The Carthage Garden Club will host the event, which begins at 9 a.m. The business meeting starts at 10 a.m. with Lynne Mabry, district director, presiding.

Luncheon will be served following the business meeting. Kathy Byron, Moore County program director of Communities in Schools' FirstSchool Garden Health, Lifestyles and Sustainability program, will speak.
