Celebrating 27 years of the Classical Concert Series (CCS) presenting some of the world's best musicians, the Arts Council of Moore County will open the 2009-2010 season with the American Chamber Players Monday, Sept. 21, at 8 p.m. at the Sunrise Theater in Southern Pines.

Subscription seats for the four-concert series are still available for $80 per person. Individual tickets may be available from subscribers who return their tickets if they are unable to attend a concert.

The remaining three concerts in the series include pianist Wonny Song Monday, Nov. 2, the New Century Saxophone Quartet Monday, Feb. 22, and the Tokyo String Quartet Monday, March 22.
