The name of Donald Barcus was incorrectly reported in the recent article about Moore County nominees for the 2009 North Carolina Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service.
Barcus was nominated for his organization of and service to MANNA! (Moore Alliance Nourishing Neighbors Amen!) as well as his service to other community programs.
The Pilot regrets the error.
